What keeps going wrong
Safety language doesn't reach a human. Someone described violence on a stream and got the generic dead-end twice.
Law-enforcement claims reach a general agent in seconds, unverified and unrouted.
Escalation is backwards. Empty tickets go through; a billing discrepancy looped four times and never escalated. ····
The money figures don't reconcile. $5, $25, a $1,000 daily cap, "WeeVu Bucks" and "tokens" — one reply contradicts itself inside a single message. ··
The dead-end reply hands the problem back. 27 times across 57 screenshots.
The two sides of the same policy don't match. Streamers told lateness is fine; requesters told nothing, or that no further action is possible. ··
Phrasing decides whether you get an answer. Same information, opposite results. ··
Diagnostics collected that don't bear on the answer. Five times. ····
It doesn't track the conversation. Repeats rejected answers, won't let go of old topics. ·

Safety and conduct
Described violence on a stream; generic dead-end twice, no handoff. Needs the enforcement ladder and a routing rule.
Standards reminder covers lateness only, nothing on conduct or content.
Payouts and fees
Asked which method suits large cash-outs; none were named. Cites $1,000 a day and "WeeVu Bucks," neither verified.
A PayPal fee question answered with WeeVu's own service fee, then deflected to "that's PayPal's business."
Payout setup has no coverage. A streamer who can't set one up can't be paid at all.
Wise has two Zendesk macros and no content behind them.
Eight fee questions between 11:51 and 12:17, zero coverage. Every one closed on the same one-line reply — no information found, rephrase and try again.

Refunds
Streamer showed more than was requested; the reply opened with "non-refundable" and suggested reporting the user.
Refund asked two minutes past a 24-hour window that was never mentioned. Dead-ended twice.
Non-compliance refund, no coverage, then asked for a rating.
Account access
Login crash: five questions, then "did the troubleshooting work?" with none given. Answer drafted.
Can't say what happens when you delete an account with a request still open.
Collected five details, then asked PJ to file a report containing the same five.
No forgot-password route, and possibly no control in the app at all.
Streams and recordings
Streamer asked for their recording; dead-end. Answer drafted.
Expired link treated as a bug for five turns. Answer drafted.
No audio: intake, then "did it get resolved, yes or no?" Answer drafted.

Told the cash-out minimum is $5; our documentation says $25; the same message then says it isn't specified.
Payout a week late. A five-step form opened, showed step 1, and escalated empty. Answer drafted.
"I'm in Ireland can I stream" — dead-end.
"What countries can I sign up for" failed; "are any countries restricted" worked, though it named none.

Bought 100 tokens, sees 50. Told three times they must have been spent, twice to check a history she'd already checked, then asked what she needed. Never escalated.
"Report someone I don't like" escalated instantly, and it claimed to have report details she never sent.
Asked how to block or flag a user. Never told where the controls are, and an empty ticket went to support.
Streamer no-show: told no further action is possible, then asked for a rating. Money never mentioned.
Changed topic; it pulled her back to the old question twice, then answered neither.
Asked for an error message after she said there wasn't one, then device, app version and OS — none of which mattered to the answer. Confirms the 60-second resend cooldown exists.
How to remove bank details from the app: dead-end. Compliance question as much as a content one.

"I'm a law-enforcement officer," then "I am a detective." Both reached a general agent in seconds, unverified, signed off with "Have a good day."
Told a streamer a delay of up to 15 minutes is fine, then drifted into badge colours.
Streamer five minutes late to a New Year's countdown; the refund request dead-ended.
Dropped from a stream mid-watch. Offered a binary that didn't fit, then more intake. Fourth run of the loop.
How long a stream can run: dead-end, with another directly above it.
